Order Processing & Production Time:

Orders will be acknowledged within 12 - 24 hours. If any clarifications are needed you will be contacted. Proofing is not required for program orders. Items will be produced in accordance with the program as displayed on site(per item).

Standard production time is 5 - 7 business days on embroidered items. All orders

received after 11am CST shall be processed the following business day .

Return Policy:

Decorated/Embroidered Items:

Given the nature of embroidery, decorated items are are not returnable. Please reference the sizing charts to ensure correct fit for your purchases. Returns will not be accepted for sizing issues. Your purchase authorizes Indoff to decorate your item as shown and all embroidery sales are final.
